The Nightkun logo, design, and original content are our intellectual property. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

4.2 User Content

Content you create remains yours. However, by posting on Nightkun, you grant us a license to:

• Display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform
• Create backup copies for technical purposes
• Adapt the format for display across different devices and layouts

4.3 Anime and Manga Content

5. Karma System and Rewards

5.1 Earning Karma

Karma is your community reputation score. You earn Karma by:

• Posting quality content that receives upvotes
• Helping and supporting other community members

5.2 Losing Karma

Karma may be deducted if you:

• Post inappropriate content or spam
• Receive a significant number of community reports
• Violate community guidelines

5.3 Limitations

Karma cannot be exchanged for real money. Nightkun reserves the right to modify the Karma system at any time without prior notice.

6. Affiliate System and Shop

6.1 Joining the Affiliate Program

Eligible creators may share Affiliate links on Nightkun, subject to the following rules:

• Clearly disclose your Affiliate relationship to your audience
